Reservations and Bookings
All reservations made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Payments
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the reservation type. All rates displayed on this website are in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Check-in and Check-out
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow guests at all times. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate without refund.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or third party service failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, and design elements is the property of the resort and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
