Villa Housekeeper
Overview
Our housekeeping team is at the heart of the Ayana experience. As a Villa Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation across our six luxury villas. You will take pride in the details from perfectly arranged linens to spotless surfaces because you understand that a beautifully kept space is the foundation of a great stay. This role requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and a quiet dedication to doing things properly every single time.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare villas to Ayana's standards before and after each guest stay
Replenish toiletries, towels, and amenities as needed
Report any maintenance issues or damage to the facilities team
Handle guest laundry and linen changes with care
Conduct daily inspections of assigned villas
Follow all hygiene and safety protocols at all times
