The Resort Concierge at Ayana is more than a point of information they are an experience maker. In this role, you will draw on your deep knowledge of the Island to craft personalized itineraries, secure reservations, and arrange experiences that go beyond what our guests expected when they arrived. You will be proactive, resourceful, and deeply connected to the local community, giving Ayana guests access to the kind of insider knowledge that makes a trip truly unforgettable. Responsibilities:
Arrange private transportation, airport transfers, and inter-island travel
Curate personalized itineraries based on guest preferences and interests
Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and dining establishments
Handle special occasion arrangements such as anniversary setups and surprise celebrations
Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for The Island and the surrounding area
Assist guests with activity bookings, restaurant reservations, and island excursions
