Guest Relations Officer
Overview
We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented Guest Relations Officer to join the Ayana front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests from check-in to check-out, ensuring every interaction reflects the standard of care Ayana is known for. You will work closely with the concierge, housekeeping, and villa teams to anticipate guest needs before they are even expressed. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, genuinely passionate about hospitality, and takes pride in making people feel at home.
Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill special arrangements
Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the system
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Ensure all guest feedback is documented and communicated to management
Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
